We are pleased to offer for sale this lovely Still Life Oil on Canvas in the Dutch Manner, which is unsigned. The painting depicts an ornate vase filled with a selection of flowers, including roses and lilies, standing on a fabric draped table. To the right of the vase is a pair of white gloves, casually put down next to a pair of mother of pearl and brass opera glasses and their open case.

As the painting is unsigned, we can offer no biographical information about him or her.

The painting is framed in a 2" ornate, swept, gilt frame. It will be supplied wired and ready to hang.

Medium: Oils on canvas

Condition: Very good. There is no craquelure or stretcher marks and the canvas is clean and taut. There are a couple of hairs on the surface from the artist's brush, but no paint loss or repairs. The frame is in very good condition.
