We are offering this pretty Pastel of a pale grey pottery vase full of Michaelmas Daisies in mixed colours, ranging from pale pink to mauve. The pastel is signed in the lower right hand corner by the Sussex artist Kay James, from whose label on the back of the painting indicates that she lived in Cuckfield, probably prior to 1970. Unfortunately, we have been unable to find any information about her online and our reference books only cover up to the early 20th Century.

The pastel is framed with washlines to complement and is framed in a in a 3/4" wooden frame with gilt insert. It will be supplied wired and ready to hang.
