We are offering for sale this attractive pair of brass adjustable Desk Lamps and frilly glass shades, which are early twentieth century in origin.

The bases are sloping, elongated rectangles in solid brass and the curved arms have ball and wingnut adjustment at the bases and at the necks. The bases of the lamps have been baized to protect furniture form marks.

The shades are made of frosted glass and have frilled edges with four pink stripes around the frills.

The lamps have been completely rewired in pale gold fabric covered braided flex with inline on/off switches, new lampholders and new plugs. As with all electrical items it is recommended that they be checked by a qualified electrician before us.

Condition: Very good. The shades have no cracks or nibbles and the bases have no damage.
