Description

This is a delightful, miniature watercolour portrait of a young boy, who is wearing a brown jacket, with a shirt with an eton collar, which we estimate dates from the Edwardian period. He has short light brown hair and brown eyes. Unfortunately, the watercolour is unsigned, but is a charming and well executed worki. The old backing board bears a label from William Attewell, Fine Art Dealer of 28 Archer Street, London WII.

The watercolour is mounted in a gold mount and framed in a 3" ornate, swept frame and slip, that suit it very well. It will be supplied wired and ready to hang.

Condition: Very good with no foxing. The mount, slip and frame are in very good condition.
