Description

This is a pair of ornate Victorian Old Sheffield Silver Plated Coasters. They have bulbous sides, turned walnut bases with silver plated buttons, and an ornate rim decorated with raised leaves and flowers. The bases are green baized, as shown.

Top rim: 6 3/8" - 16.2cm

Internal diameter: 5" - 12.7cm

Base diameter: 5 3/8" - 13.7cm

Height: 2 1/8" - 5.4cm

Materials: Walnut & silver plate.

Condition: Very good condition with very faint bleeding to the plate only on the extremities of the rims, which only adds to the charm. The baise is faded but intact. Otherwise the plate is in perfect condition and there is no damage.
