Description

This is a very unusual and pretty, tiny Art Nouveau Silver Plated Bedroom Fender with iron hearth. It is bombe shaped, with small feet at the centre and four corners. It has a pierced Art Nouveau design of irises and leaves, as shown.

Width of hearth at back: 19 3/4" - 50.15cm

Maximum width at back including feet: 20 1/2" - 52.05cm

Maximum depth: 9 3/4" - 24.75cm

Maximum height: 7 1/2" - 19.05cm

Material: Silver Plate and iron

Condition: Good condition consistent with age and use. There is a small amount of pitting to the silver plate and some wear mainly on the edges of the feet and top rim.
