A nice example of a Napoleonic period British military, Tower flintlock Newland service pistol. Regulation walnut full stock with brass mounts and captured ramrod, length 39 cm overall. The 32 cm, .64 calibre steel barrel with proof marks and acceptance stamp. A good strong working lock with Tower, GR under Crown and acceptance stamp. The overall condition of the pistol is very good, bought from the family of British officer who served in the 1812 war. offering free worldwide delivery reference DBSS
