Description

This lovely ruby glass decanter looks to date from the first half of the twentieth century. It is moulded glass. with an octagonal shape to the top of the decanter and to the stopper. The decanter retains five original matching tumblers. It is of good quality.

Condition: Overall in very good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There are some manufacturing imperfections as might be expected. There is some surface scratching and some knocking and nibbling in places, mainly to the stopper edges. The decanter has some grubbiness inside and would benefit from a good clean.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
Decanter - 28cm high, 12cm diameter
Tumbler - 8.5cm high, 7cm diameter of top.
