Description

This part set of Minton china dates from the late nineteenth century. Please note that it does have some wear and damage, as detailed below. All the pieces are marked with the maker's mark to the base and are in the Delft pattern. Present are 10x cups, 9x saucers, 10x side plates, and one sandwich or cake plate.

Condition: Overall in fair condition with some wear and damage consistent with age and use. There is some discolouration, some wear to the transfer printing and gilt rims, some crazing and some hairline cracking, worse to some pieces than others although most are affected in some way. All the cups but two have some hairline cracking. There are some imperfections and flaws in the glaze as might be expected.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
Cup - 5.5cm high
Saucer - 12cm diameter
Plate - 16.5cm diameter
Cake Plate - 26cm by 23cm.
