Description

This lovely pair of antique vases look to date from the nineteenth century. We believe them to be of Japanese origin with Imari-style decoration. They are hand-decorated in orange and blue. They are unmarked.

Condition: Overall in good condition, with some wear consistent with age. There are some manufacturing imperfections as might be expected, including to the bulbous part of one vase. There is some wear to the paintwork in places and some marks. The vases are grubby, particuarly to the insides.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
15cm high.
