Description

This attractive side table dates from the first-half of the twentieth century. It is constructed from solid oak with an open base and a removable top with a single drawer beneath. The uprights of the base have carved decoration to the edges and lovely carved serpent shoulders. The drawer front is also carved and retains its original brass handles.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall faded. There is some shrinkage cracking to the top, and a patch of heavier scratching at the back of the top.

Overall - 80.5cm high, 97cm wide, 51cm deep.
