Description

This lovely dressing mirror has a highly decorative silver frame and back. It is marked '800' for silver and with what may be the maker's town of Basian (in Pakistan). We would estimate it to date from the first part of the twentieth century. It retains what we believe to be its original mirrored glass and hanging chain.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some rubbing, surface scratching and tarnishing as might be expected. There is some denting, knocking and minor splitting in places, including around the edges and to the decoration on the back.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
36cm by 26cm.
