Description

This lovely antique armchair is a country piece dating from approx. 1880. It is made from a mix of woods, with a stained finish. The chair has a shaped seat, shaped arms, and a spindle back. It has turned supports and legs with ring-turned decoration to the legs and a H-stretcher in between. It has a lovely antique patina.

Condition Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some scuffing, scratching and wear consistent with age and use. It is a overall a little faded. It is nice and solid with only minimal movement in the joints, except for the arm joints which are loose.

Overall - 97cm high, 58.5cm wide, 60.5cm deep (to maximums) 44cm high to seat.
