Description

This superb large amethyst glass jug is of excellent quality and is heavy. It has no maker's marks or labels. We would estimate it to date from the c.1930s, although it may be earlier. It is in the Victorian style. The jug has a lovely colour and shape.

Condition Overall in very good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There are some imperfections in the glass as might be expected. There is some surface scratching and nicking to the glass in places. No chips, cracks or crazing.

The approx. dimensions are as follows
28.5cm high, 23.5cm long (lip to handle).
