Description

Large vintage ship's masterhead lamp. Davey maker's plaque to the front, with 'Ministry of Transport approved 1954'. Masterhead plaque underneath.

Silvered paintwork, probably not original.

Original glass, red plastic insert and burner.

Condition: Good, with the wear you might expect from a used nautical piece that has been outside for a number of years. Some surface rusting and corrosion, some paint loss. Some denting.

Outside trim is loose, some detached. Burner is quite heavily worn.

Measurements: 59cm high, 41cm wide. To maximums, approximate.
