Description

This lovely silver mug was made by Asprey to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of George V in 1935. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1935, and is also stamped with the Asprey maker's mark. The mug has a 1935 George V crown inset into the bottom. It is engraved on the front with the initials J.D.L. The piece weighs approx. 385g (12.4ozt).

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age. There is some surface scratching and wear and some tarnishing and corrosion. There is some very slight denting in places.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
11.5cm high, 10cm diameter of top.
