Description

This unusual miniature orb fob watch is not in working order and so does need some repair. The watch has beautiful blue enamelling and is marked for .935 silver. We would esimtate it to date from the 1920s/1930s. The case and the movement are both stamped with the maker's name Didisheim Goldschmidt Fils & Co. The watch has a ten jewel movement. The face of the watch is stamped 'Swiss'.

Condition The watch case is in good condition, but please note that the watch itself is not in working order. The piece has some light wear consistent with age and use. There is possibly a scew missing from the face of the watch.

2.5cm diameter (overall), 1.2cm diameter of face
