A finely painted Japanese hanging scroll (kakejiku) depicting a tranquil landscape with the unmistakable silhouette of Mount Fuji emerges in the distance. Painted in delicate ink and subtle washes, it is mounted on an elegant brocade border in blue and gold tones, with plain silk sections above and below, all in very good condition. A refined and quietly dramatic work, ideal for adding a touch of Japanese elegance to any interior. Presented with its accompanying wooden storage box bearing hand‑brushed calligraphy.
