A superb Victorian flame mahogany pedestal desk with gallery top. Designed in three sections for ease of transport and placement, it features a beautifully tooled leather writing surface and three frieze drawers across the top. Each pedestal houses three graduated drawers with smooth action and dovetail construction, all adorned with striking flame mahogany veneers and resting on plinth bases. The proportions are generous yet balanced, providing ample storage without overwhelming a space.
