This exquisite Georgian mahogany bookcase boasts an original antique condition and conveniently separates into two sections for easy transport within your home. The upper section features a stunning swan neck pediment adorned with satinwood inlay, positioned above two astragal glazed doors. It houses eight adjustable shelves, each with original hinged leather and oak dust covers. The lower section includes two panelled doors embellished with shell and string inlays, revealing four adjustable shelves and four oak-lined drawers, complete with original ring handles. Despite minor imperfections common to antiques, this robust cabinet showcases a rich patina and remarkable graining—a testament to its history, not only enhancing the display of your books but also offering ample storage space.
