Description

Fantastic oak marble top console table from the wonderful Victorian era. The top is a beautifully shaped solid piece of Carrara marble with thumbnail moulded edging. The solid Carrara shaped marble top has a fine thumbnail moulded edging. It's frieze is shaped to match the marble and has beautifully carve initials in the centre. Standing on two carved cabriole legs to the front and two flat legs to the back so sits nicely against the wall. The oak is a beautiful golden colour with wonderful graining with normal marks / scuffs commensurate with age. Place this table against any wall and it will look impressive but place it under any mirror, painting or window and the affect will be truly striking.
