Stunning Islamic style book stand in solid teak in excellent condition with 1 small chip missing (shown in pictures) The upper halves are scallop at the top with a pierced floral design in the centre with a beautifully carved leaves border. The lower halves have wonderfully carved birds carved into the panels with scalloped legs. This magnificent antique Qur'an stand is ideal as a newspaper or magazine stand however would look amazing in a bathroom with rolled towels on it.
