Description
A finely modelled antique Vienna cold painted bronze figure of a fox, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Expertly cast in solid bronze and decorated with original cold-painted enamels, this charming figure captures the fox in a naturalistic pose, with beautifully detailed features and lifelike colouring typical of Vienna bronze craftsmanship.The underside is stamped “FB”, denoting quality Austrian manufacture.

• Length: 9 cm
In very good condition, retaining much of its original paint with only minor age-related wear. A superb example for collectors of Vienna bronzes and animalier sculpture, perfect for display in a cabinet or on a desk.
