A handsome late 19th-century Continental walnut-framed three-piece salon suite, comprising a generously proportioned three-seat settee and a matching pair of armchairs, dating to circa 1890.

Beautifully crafted in richly figured walnut, each piece displays elegant flowing lines with shaped crest rails, open framed backs and finely carved central shell motifs. The suite stands on graceful cabriole legs and retains its original character and charm throughout.

The suite has been professionally re-upholstered in a quality pale blue and cream patterned fabric, complementing the warm tones of the walnut and presenting exceptionally well for contemporary or traditional interiors.

Comfortable, stylish and highly decorative, this elegant suite would make an attractive addition to a drawing room, sitting room, country house or period interior.

Condition: Very good decorative condition, having been re-upholstered and polished. Minor age-related marks and wear consistent with use and age.
