Description

A decorative pair of satsuma vases made in Japan, circa 1910.
The vases are decorated with geometric panels in rich raised gilt work, enamel and floral designs with central panels front and back depicting figures in traditional costume of the samurai. To the opposites side depicting family groups. On the necks of the vases are mounts in the form of Buddhist lions. The bases are signed in red enamel .
These vases are in good condition with no damage or repairs,
