Description
Victorian carved mahogany easy open armchair dating from circa 1880. The deeply padded buttoned back with a carved walnut frame leading to padded arms with beautifully carved and curved mahogany front supports and a deeply padded stuff over seat.The chair is covered in a delightful fabric of ribboned stripes of apricot & pale gold interspersed with a floral pattern on a white background and is in excellent condition throughout and stands on castors with carved and turned front legs and rear sabre legs.
