Description

This very attractive rosewood, fine quality cabinet in the style of Axel Larrson (1898-1975), spans the period between Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern. Featuring nicely curved ends and bevelled edges with brass banding and handles. Four small baize-lined drawers above two full-width drawers are fitted behind the two central doors, which are flanked on either side by two-shelved cupboards with curving doors forming a very pleasing and useful piece of furniture. The highboard / sideboard stands on nicely turned legs with an attractive, wrap-around stretcher.
