Description

This beautifully patterned rosewood pedestal side / card table dating from the early 19th century, is raised on circular feet over castors featuring gadrooning which is repeated on the quadriform base and surrounding the pedestal below a stylised carved tulip. The beautifully figured table-top swivels revealing a useful compartment below and opens the baize covered top revealing some water marks to the baize which otherwise is completely intact.
The table is in very good, vintage condition, with only minor marks commensurate with age and normal use (please see photos) that do not detract from the overall very pleasing appearance.
