This attractive George lll mahogany fretwork mirror (c.1810) with a nicely proportioned bevel-edged plate set within a moulded giltwood slip and surrounded by an ornately shaped fretwork frame, surmounted with a gilded ho-ho bird (a mythical version of a phoenix).An extremely good antique example of this decorative and popular period mirror, ready to hang and enhance any living-room or hallway.
