Description
An exquisite pair of Arts & Crafts embroideries in silk of two maidens. The colours of the lady with the flowing robe set between two cypress trees are richer than the lady working on her embroidery. This could be some sun bleaching or just more delicate colours used. The work in both was made with an extremely skilled and experienced hand. They are set in their original black lacquered frames measuring 31cms x 24cms.PLEASE NOTE, RED HOUSE ANTIQUES HAS NOW RETIRED.
