Description

Set of Six 1920s Whiskey Tot Jugs.

Silver Topped

with Six Silver Whiskey Labels

All whiskey tots and labels carry hallmarks for 1920s.

Three tots are hallmarked London 1928.

Maker's mark for R. S. Garrard, Haymarket, London.

These three tots also have a T on the back of the lid opener.

The other three tots carry Birmingham hallmarks, two for 1928 and one for 1922.

All three have the maker's mark for Hukin & Heath Ltd, Great Charles Street, Birmingham.

The labels all carry the maker's mark for Hukin and Heath, five with the date letter for 1928 and one with the date letter for 1922.

The 1922 tot has a slightly different pattern in the glass at the base, please see photos.

All are in excellent condition.

Approximate dimensions height to lid 95mm. height to lid opener 106mm, weight 733g.

The tot is equivalent to a gill which is a quarter of a pint.
