Near the rim is a kite shape with a crown, G P, and 6 inside.

By the side of this is H25, the 2 is quite rubbed but I think that it is a 2.

On the base is Gaskell and Chambers, Birmingham.

It looks as if it was originally silver plated but most of it has been rubbed away.

Difficult to date this piece but, although it has the look of late Victorian, it has the GR stamp for King George so early 20th century.

Approximate dimensions: height to rim 89.3mm, height to top of handle 95.2mm, weight 317.8 grams.

In good but well used condition.
