Description
This is an elegant Regency period Giltwood mirror in very nice original condition dating from around 1820. The frame retains its original water gilded finish which has a lovely colour and is nicely rubbed back in places. The architectural columns are capped with finely detailed carved scrolling Corinthian capitols and the mirror has a deeply bevelled plate which is in nice clean condition.A good useable size this has nice proportions measuring 58 cms high by 49 cms wide by 4 cms deep.
