This is a beautiful early 20th century prayer carpet in superb condition dating around 1930. The stunning design has a large urn issuing flowers beneath a sky blue mirhab and a deep indigo flower filled field which has a myriad of colours and gold silk highlights. This is framed with beautiful triple flower filled borders.The carpet has exceptional detail and a stunning crisp design.
This is a very practical size measuring 204 cms by 143 cms overall.
