Description

This is a fine pair of Georgian silk embroideries in exceptionally perfect condition and depicting a rare and interesting subject. Each oval embroidery is finely stitched in silk, one harvesting the apple crop the other gathering hay. Both are in excellent condition and are in lovely pastel shades. They are in their original oval frames which have been later painted in antique gold.

The pictures both measure 31 cms by 26 cms including the frame.
