Description

This is an attractive 19th century French gilt wall mirror in nice original condition dating from around 1870. The mirror has is original gilding with a floral tooled design to the outer frame and beaded detail around the plate glass. The crest has a central shell design with scrolling leaves and flowers. This has its original mercury plate which has some historical marks as per its age but is in good useable condition. The mirror is a useful size measuring 118 cms high by 79 cms wide.
