Description

This is a beautiful Persian antique rug dating from the early 20th century woven in silk. This is a fine rug with a central mirhab in a soft jade colour with a rich foliate design, set within a deep ochre field. It is enclosed by a deep midnight blue and ochre border with further foliate designs.
There are slight losses to the fringes but otherwise this rug is in excellent condition and measures 160cm by 107cm.
