Description

This is a delightful, good quality French inlaid Kingwood occasional table with a good colour and antique patina dating from around 1870. The table has elegant turned legs raised on its original white porcelain castors. The top has stunning parquetry inlay work to the surface with good quality gilt bronze ormolu mounts throughout the piece. There is a useful drawer to the frieze with its original handle and the lower surface is equally, attractively inlaid with cross banded detail. The table is in excellent condition throughout and is a practical size measuring 55 cms wide 40 cms deep by 80 cms high.
