Description

This is a stunning and unusual gilt and ebonised convex wall mirror dating from the Regency period, 1811-1820. The mirror has its original mercury mirror plate with the some sugaring marks to the glass. It has a beaded slip and ball surmounted frame with an acanthus decorated plume centred by an ebonised deer.
The mirror is a good size measuring 71cm by 54cm and is in excellent condition.
