A beautiful Chinese silk embroidered robe dating from the late 19th century. The robe is stunningly embroidered throughout with flowers on a black coloured ground It is highlighted with fine detailed cream embroidered trim with figures on balcony and floral detail. The sleeves are capped with rose red silk embroidered with flowers butterflies and urns. This is lined with a stunning sapphire blue silk lining.The robe measures 112 cms long 82 cms wide at the bottom 60 cms wide at the middle and 30 cms wide sleeve.
