Description

This is a very attractive pair of Persian Kirman Prayer rugs which date from the 19th century. They each have a soft red field with tree of life design set within a mihrab in blue, cream and green, surrounded by a pretty floral and foliate border. The rugs are both in really good condition bearing in mind their age, with good strength of colour and bold design and measure 83 cms by 66 cms.
