Good 19th Century George III Style Marginal Mirror

Description
This is an elegant oval mirror in the George III Style dating from around 1870.The mirror has attractive proportions and very decorative acanthus scrolls in delicate gessoed wirework. This is in its original gilding which is in super condition with no losses.
The central hexagonal mirror plate is the original bevelled glass in good clean condition. It is surrounded by the 14 original glass marginal mirrors framed in an egg and dart decorated frame.
This measures 92 cms high by 98 cms wide overall to the extremities of the piece.
UK delivery can be arranged with our careful furniture courier, mounted on a board for safe delivery. Most destinations cost £50 plus vat.
