Description
This is a beautiful 19th century crystoleum reverse painting on glass panel with a delightful rural scene of a young girl with a maid feeding baby lambs. The crystoleum has the title The Nursery (Waterlow) to the frame. It is reverse painted on a fine and delicate bowed glass panel set into a delightful scumbled and gilded frame. This picture is after the original oil painting by A. Clark originally titled Springtime sold in a Fine Art sale in March 2003. This is a charming example in excellent order.The frame measures 35 cms by 25 cms overall.
