Rams Head Antiques

Description

This is a good pair of antique Kashan Carpets with a beautiful and characterful look to them. The carpets are rare to find as a pair and date from around 1920. The carpets each have a a cream field of vines centred by a flowerhead medallion with pretty spandrels and floral borders. The carpets show some wear with an even low pile, they still have good depth of colour and would be very useful either side of a bed or used together in a larger room. They measure 156 cms by 104 cms.
