Description

This is a good late 19th century Japanese wall mirror with a beautiful deep red lacquer frame. The mirror dates from around 1890 and has good quality bevelled glass plates that is in perfect, clean condition. The deeply canted frame is attractively detailed with hand painted blossom and branches and have a lovely rich colour. The frame is in good condition overall with only a few minor historic marks. This measures 73 cms by 48 cms overall and could be hung either way up. We currently have one other available (see photo), should you require the pair please get in touch.
