Description
This is a beautiful hand woven woollen Afghan runner carpet which dates from around 1930. It has a lovely subdued but warm colour palette which includes deep indigo and cinnamon. The runner has five central lozenges and deep borders with stylised floral designs. Apart from some slight wear to the very edge of the fringe the carpet is in good order overall with an even pile. The runner measures 310cms by 108cms.UK delivery is £20.
