Description

This is a stunning Chinese Canton porcelain punch bowl that is substantial in size in very good condition, on its original hardwood stand. The bowl is beautifully hand decorated and enamelled with butterflies against green leaves. The edge of the bowl has some rubbed areas from years of handling as photographed otherwise it is in excellent order with no damage or restoration. The punch bowl dates from the late 19th century circa 1870 and measures 40 cms in diameter and is 15 cms high, (not including the stand.)
