Description
This is a fine Victorian overmantel or floor standing mirror with exceptional gilding dating from around 1860. The mirror has a beautifully detailed ornate crest with stunning original water gilding in perfect condition. This is a lovely design mirror with a lovely soft green painted backing that showcases the gilding beautifully. The mirror retains its original 3/8” mercury plate glass that is fine order. The mirror is a fine size measuring 188 cms high and 113 cms wide to the maximum of the scrolls projecting at the top sides. (108 cms wide to the rest of the piece)UK delivery can be arranged with our local courier and costs £70 plus vat to most areas
