Antique Kashmir Chain Stitch Rug Carpet

This is a very pretty Kashmir rug hand embroidered in chain stitch in an extremely complex and detailed design. The rug is in delightful soft pastel shades and is in excellent condition overall so would make a super wall hanging or floor carpet. It has previously been displayed on a wall as it still has brass hanging loops stitched to the edge. The rug dates from around 1920 and measures 196 cms by 124 cms.UK insured delivery is £15
