Description

A truly stunning late Victorian aesthetic period ebonised and gilt overmantle mirror. The mirror plates are all original in lovely clean condition. The central bevelled circular mirror plate is flanked by two mirrored panels with another mirror beneath. The overmantle has a striking concave hand-gilded arched crest with a beautiful hand-painted floral bouquet. The porcelain feet that raise it slightly from the mantel shelf are also in good original order.
The mirror is a good size measuring 49" wide, 46.5" high and 5.25" deep.
